Lendl Finans was founded by sisters Hemen and Tseday Kebede both with several years expertise in banking and financial advisory, driven by their personal experiences with financial challenges faced by families, especially those with minority backgrounds. Growing up, they witnessed first-hand the systemic barriers when accessing financial products. This shared experience fueled their passion for financial ethics and led them to establish Lendl Finans They were later joined by Pancho Manuel Sanchez, their former colleague at Santander Bank. Pancho brought extensive expertise in compliance and risk management, becoming a partner and board member. His background in non-financial risk audits and his leadership in compliance programs at a Nordic bank have been invaluable. Most importantly the shared vision on how financial companies ethics should be. Kristine Skorpen, a legal expert with significant experience in European and international business law, joined the team to strengthen our regulatory framework.
