Datix, the St. Louis- based consulting firm known for its comprehensive enterprise software solutions, helped another manufacturer streamline its operations through its landmark integration platform, Unity. Euclid Systems Corporation (Euclid), the global leader in myopia management through their leading Emerald™ brand of Ortho-K contact lenses, struggled to keep up with demand. With companies in the U.S. and China, the entries for overseas orders were being processed from China into Epicor® via VPN connections. In an effort to increase efficiencies, Euclid integrated Salesforce CRM for Order Entry and Epicor for Production and Financials. Looking to streamline their two systems, Euclid sought out Datix’s experienced ERP and CRM consultants to integrate Salesforce and Epicor. We’re in the process of reducing the number of API calls from 18-24 per order to four.
