The CORRATIO team’s tasks vary daily and cover change management, coaching, training, facilitation, mediation, and team building. On a yearly basis, they offer an 18-month training course for participants to become systemic coaches, certified by the European Coaching Association (ECA). Every service delivered is tailored individually to the wants and needs of the company’s diverse clients. Friederike tells us, “We work with emotions and not against them! We speak the truth (even if it hurts), deal with facts, and work absolutely solution-oriented. Firstly, after four years of change support as a single source (Grassroots Principle), one of the company’s customers – a medium-sized company with more than 100 years in existence – reached the best ever business result (EBIT) in 2021. This is CORRATIO’s most prominent achievement so far in terms of ‘indirect’ benefit! Meanwhile, there was a 69% change readiness increase after going through the ENTSCHIEDEN BESSER programme (measured seven months after the programme’s end in a mid-sized company in the northern part of Germany). Lastly, three marriages, two children being born, eight new self-employed businesses, countless successful and well-paid careers, as well as thousands of pioneering decisions made by company executives and other coaches are further prominent achievements of the business so far in terms of personal coaching!
