As a HCPC Registered clinic, the team is able to guarantee professional and expert care for feet across a wide range of treatments and services including routine podiatry check-ups, treatment of fungal infections and verrucae, Lacuna treatment for fungal nails and nail reconstruction, insoles and orthotics, acupuncture and Marigold therapy, neuro- specific foot mobilisation, and soft tissue and joint mobilisation for the foot and ankle. The clinic is also able to treat conditions such as diabetes and arthritis through podiatry and chiropody procedures, as these conditions have been found to be directly linked to foot health. The clinic also provides treatments for children who can encounter problems such as verrucae, in- growing toenails, in-toeing or pigeon toes, tripping over, flat feet, rolling in, congenital deformities and more. Jay, as she is better known, is a highly qualified professional like the rest of her team, specialising in a comprehensive selection of podiatry treatments that she has refined over twenty years of private practice and NHS experience. Having graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry in 2001, she continues to develop her learning and skillset in improving foot health, regularly undertaking courses and having recently completed her MSc in Podiatry with Clinical Biomechanics. Jay opened the clinic in 2014 with a vision to deliver a holistic approach to podiatry that would exceed the expectations of the clientele across Kent. The clinic, which operates across two centres in Rochester and Strood, grew in 2019 to include the Proactive Wellbeing Clinic that Jay established to offer wellbeing therapies and treatments for the whole body.
