Born among the cocoa trees in the family plantation in Cameroon, her life has always revolved around, and been committed to, the great historic traditions of those chocolate artisans. The process begins with the acquisition of beans. From here, the team are transported to the FÈVERIE located in Ciney. Euphrasie carries out her special method of roasting cocoa beans that guarantees an exceptional result and the perfect basis for any number of chocolate delight. This process is carefully monitored to ensure that quality chocolate is the ultimate result. After this, the team move to the Fabrique, in Rochefort. Here, the team produce some of their classic products, using the high-quality chocolate to develop gorgeously subtle and balanced delicacies.
