Employment Hero, the global cloud HR and payroll platform, has appointed Damon Anderson as UK managing director with immediate effect.
Anderson is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years’ experience of delivering cutting-edge digital products and new technology in the professional and financial services sectors.
Harnessing his experience, Anderson will lead Employment Hero’s strategic growth in the UK, increasing the size of its UK team significantly, and delivering new products for its SME and partner accountancy and bookkeeping clients. Anderson’s appointment demonstrates Employment Hero’s commitment to the UK market and to innovation as a leader in the HR and payroll cloud technology space.
Originally from New Zealand, Anderson has lived and worked in the UK for 20 years. He was previously UK Chief Operations Officer for accounting software company, Xero, and had also held senior commercial, product and marketing roles at American Express, Visa Europe and Worldpay.
